New Inbox Filter: Easily filter all communication types—texts, emails, in-person, and phone calls—from the inbox screen.
SMS Templates: Easily send out templated messages to clients.

  2. Efficient Client Research: Quickly review past communication for any client, helping with follow-ups and context.

  3. Boosted Organization: Designed to support your workflow—this filter complements task and activity management within SalesRevv.

Notification Update: Multi-unit log-ins now display task notifications across all locations in the drop-down menu.

  • Clicking a task will navigate you to the associated location.

  • Notifications in the drop-down are marked as "read" upon clicking.

  • Additional options are accessible via the 3 dots in the top right of the drop-down.

Guardian Update: Further improvements to minimize AI hallucinations.

Appointment Booking Metrics: Added metrics displayed on the dashboard for appointment booking-based brands.

  • Call Log: Ability to log phone call interactions, providing insights beyond the notes section.

  • In-Person Interaction Log: Allows team members to record important in-person interactions, particularly first-time visits.

  • Logs sync with ClubReady notes, offering AI more context for future client communications.

Reschedule Option for Cancellations: AI now prompts users to reschedule before proceeding with cancellations.

  • Submit Enhancement: Using the link located under all Hailee communication, provide feedback (Good or Bad) to help guide further communication from Hailee.

  • The new "Enhance your AI Assistant" pop-up will show with a few questions to help guide your AI Assistant in the future.

  • Hailee will use this feedback for personal training in relation to her communication reachout.

  • Additional training videos to come - reach out to your CSM for any immediate questions or suggestions.

Stack Outreach & Message Reply Paused Filters:

  • Located in your inbox, these new filters will provide a visual of all clients who may have their AI stack outreach or AI message reply currently paused.

  • We recommend regular review of these filters to make sure AI communication is not disrupted.
