The Stack Customization is designed as a series of customizable steps that unfold across days. Each step can trigger different actions—like sending a message, making a call, or waiting—helping you build a consistent, strategic follow-up process.


To access this workflow, go into your Stack and click on Steps. This opens the full visual flow where you can view, edit, and build your follow-up sequence.


Here is what the icons represent

Easily customize messages and instructions to match your brand’s voice and goals.

You can go into any step and click Edit to access the message template and AI behavior settings. This gives you full control over what’s sent and how the AI assistant operates within that step.

Suggested Script: A default message is provided to get you started. You can fully edit this to match your tone and context.

AI Instructions: Add specific guidance for the AI assistant, such as how to phrase the message, which tone to use, or key points to include.

Control Options: From the editing panel, you can:

  • Save your changes

  • Cancel edits

  • Restore Default to revert to the original script

  • Deactivate the step if it’s not needed in the flow
