Define Campaign Details

Campaign Name:
Choose a descriptive name that clearly reflects the purpose of the campaign (e.g., "Welcome Offer," "Birthday Special").

Target Audience:
Select the recipients of your campaign. You can segment your audience based on different criteria, such as:

  • Membership status

  • Purchase history

  • Other relevant factors

Message Content:
Craft a message that is concise, engaging, and focused on a clear call to action. For example:

  • "Book a class today!"

  • "Claim your exclusive offer!"

Schedule Your Campaign

Choose a Delivery Date and Time:
Set the date and time for your campaign to be sent. Make sure it aligns with your audience’s availability.

Consider Time Zones:
Adjust the delivery time to suit the time zones of your recipients to ensure optimal engagement.

Review and Send

Review Campaign Details:
Before sending, double-check all aspects of your campaign, including the message content, target audience, and delivery schedule.

Send Campaign:
Once everything is confirmed, click the "Send" button to launch your campaign.

Campaign Features & Management

  • Adding Recipients:
You can continue to add new recipients to the campaign, and the system will automatically add them without replacing any existing recipients. If you wish to change the recipients, remember to manually remove the previous ones.

  • Recipient Validity:
Campaigns will show the total number of recipients selected and how many of those numbers are valid. Invalid numbers (e.g., unsubscribed or incorrect phone numbers) will not receive the message.

  • Inbox Visibility:
Campaign messages will not appear in the inbox unless a recipient responds. Only responses will show up in your inbox.

  • Dashboard Tracking:
Campaigns will be visible on your dashboard, allowing you to track their progress.

Tips for Creating Effective Text Message Campaigns

  1. Keep It Concise:
Text messages should be short and to the point. Stick to 160 characters or fewer for optimal readability.

  2. Personalize Your Messages:
Utilize dynamic fields to include personalized information, such as the recipient’s name or specific membership details.

  3. Use a Clear Call to Action:
Make it clear what you want the recipient to do. Examples:

  • "Book Now"

  • "Claim Your Offer"

  • "Visit Our Website"

  1. A/B Test Different Messages:
Experiment with different message variations to understand which ones perform better with your audience.

  2. Track and Analyze Results:
Monitor key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of your campaigns.

Final Thoughts

By following these steps and best practices, you can create text message campaigns that engage your audience, drive conversions, and help grow your business.
