Studios can streamline client communication by creating reusable messaging templates. These templates support dynamic content through system variables, allowing for personalized and consistent messaging across various channels like campaigns and SMS.

How to use:

Studios can create and reuse messaging templates for campaigns, SMS, and client communications. These templates support dynamic system variables and can be easily managed and utilized directly from the Inbox and Campaign screens.

When you navigate to either the campaign or the Inbox screen, you will see this template icon.

All your saved templates are stored in this section. To create a new template, click "Create a new template." To use an existing template, simply select it from the list (outlined in the red box).

Create a new Template:

  1. Click "Create Template."

  2. Enter a Template Name – this is for internal use only.

  3. In the Message Field, type out your message.

  4. To personalize, click to insert predefined values like:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Business Name

  • Address

  • Email

  • Phone Number

5. Save the template – it’s now ready to use anytime.
