Centralize all client communication in SalesRevv’s Inbox for full visibility.

Introduction

The Inbox section is the central hub for all client communication in SalesRevv. It consolidates text messages, emails, phone calls, and logged in-person communication into a single view, so your team and Hailee always have full visibility into every client interaction.


What the Inbox Section Does

  • Shows all client communication in one place (texts, emails, phone calls, in-person logs, campaigns, and Pipeline messages).

  • Organizes conversations using folders:

    • Engaged → active conversations

    • Unread → messages that haven’t been addressed (rare, since Hailee responds automatically)

    • Starred → marked important conversations

    • All Messages → complete communication history

    • Closed → archived conversations that reopen automatically if the client replies

  • Includes AI Assistant filters to show which clients have staff outreach turned off or message reply turned off.


Color Breakdown in the Inbox

  • Green = SMS/text

  • Orange = Email

  • Red = Phone call log

  • Blue = In-person communication log


Additional Features

  • Segment usage and alerts are shown at the bottom of the inbox to track usage and avoid overages.

  • Quick profile view is available in the inbox; click a client’s name for the full profile.

  • New messages can be created directly from the inbox with text, emojis, images, variables, or templates. Messages can also be scheduled for a future date and time.


Why This Matters

The Inbox keeps all interactions in one place. This creates a seamless workflow for managing client communication while keeping Hailee aligned with team activity.


Pro Tip: Use the Starred folder for conversations that need extra monitoring — it helps staff stay on top of priority clients without cluttering the Engaged view.
