Introduction
AI Assistant controls allow you to manage how Hailee interacts with clients in real time. These settings are found in each client’s profile (most often accessed from the Inbox). From here, you can control whether Hailee handles automated outreach from stacks and whether she replies to incoming client messages.
The Two AI Controls
Stack Outreach
When turned on, Hailee executes outreach tasks generated from stacks.
When turned off, Hailee will not send these messages. Instead, staff tasks are created for your team to complete.
Example: You meet a client in the studio and want to personally follow up tomorrow. Turn off stack outreach so Hailee doesn’t reach out. A task will be generated for you to handle instead.
Message Reply
When turned on, Hailee replies to all incoming client text messages.
When turned off, incoming messages remain unread in the inbox until a staff member responds.
Example: You want to personally jump into a conversation. Turn message reply off so Hailee doesn’t continue responding at the same time you are.
How They Work Together
If Stack Outreach is off but Message Reply is on: Hailee won’t send scheduled outreach, but she will reply if the client texts back.
If Message Reply is off but Stack Outreach is on: Hailee continues sending stack messages, but staff must handle replies to any responses.
If both are off: All communication shifts to staff control.
Why This Matters
Provides flexibility when your team wants to step into conversations without overlap.
Ensures Hailee’s communication stays aligned with client interactions and staff intentions.
Keeps outreach compliant while giving staff the ability to personalize when needed.
Pro Tip: Always turn the toggle back on once your manual communication is complete. This ensures Hailee continues handling future outreach and replies without gaps.
