Stacks are the foundation of Haileeās outreach. Customizing Stack outreach allows you to fine-tune Haileeās communication so it feels on-brand for your studio. While Stacks come preloaded with suggested scripts, you have the ability to edit and adjust them. This training will walk you through how to view default scripts, create your own custom versions, and use instructions to guide Haileeās messaging.
Think of customization as your way to make sure outreach reflects your tone, priorities, and client experience ā while still benefiting from the automation Stacks provide.

Viewing and Editing Steps
Each Stack contains multiple steps, tied to a specific day or action.
You can zoom and move around for a better visual of the sequence.
Clicking into a step opens its details, including:
The outreach type (e.g., text message, phone call task).
The suggested script Hailee uses.
Any instructions that provide additional guidance.
Suggested Scripts vs. Instructions
Suggested Script: A sample message showing Hailee how to handle outreach.
This is not a hard-coded template. Hailee adapts it based on training content and conversation context.
Instructions: Additional notes for Hailee on how to approach the outreach.
Example: Provide tone guidance or clarify when to escalate to staff.
Customizing Steps
Edit the suggested script directly if you want to change Haileeās phrasing.
When you customize, the system will show both the default script and your customized version, so you always know what was changed.
If a customization doesnāt work the way you want, you can:
Adjust it further.
Or click Restore Default to reset.
Pro Tip: You donāt need to edit every step. Many studios only customize one or two messages that feel off-brand while keeping the rest as-is.
Example: Day 3 Step
Default Setup: On Day 3, Hailee sends a text message. Ten minutes later, a phone call task is generated for staff if the client hasnāt engaged.
Why It Works: The buffer gives Hailee time to capture a booking or start a conversation before a staff call is triggered.
Customization Option: Update the Day 3 script to match your preferred tone (e.g., change from āintro creditā to āhelp you get booked todayā).
Phone Call Tasks
Phone call steps are staff-facing tasks, not AI actions.
The suggested script for calls is written for your team, helping them know the purpose and how to approach the conversation.
Many studios keep these defaults but tweak the wording to better match staff style.
