Introduction
The AI Assistant Settings control how Hailee operates across your entire system. Unlike the client-level toggles found in a profile, these settings apply globally and determine whether Hailee is active, how she manages stack outreach, how she handles message replies, and how quickly she responds.

Settings Overview
AI Assistant Enabled
This is the master switch for Hailee.
If toggled off, Hailee is fully disabled and will not execute tasks, send outreach, or reply to messages.
Stack and Task Outreach
Controls whether Hailee executes outreach tasks generated by stacks across the system.
When enabled, Hailee automatically handles these tasks.
When disabled, outreach tasks become staff tasks instead.
Note: This is a system-wide control, while the Inbox/profile toggles are client-specific.
Message Reply (System-Wide)
Determines if Hailee replies to all incoming client messages.
When enabled, Hailee responds across all conversations.
When disabled, staff must handle all replies.
Message Reply for Members
Allows you to turn off AI replies specifically for members.
Useful if your studio prefers staff to handle member communication directly, while still allowing Hailee to reply to prospects.
Message Reply Response Time
Controls how quickly Hailee responds to messages. Options include:
Dynamic (Recommended) β Responds within 15β30 seconds during active conversations, and 3β5 minutes when the conversation is inactive. Feels most natural.
Instant β Replies immediately to every message.
Fixed Time β Replies at a consistent interval you choose.
