Introduction
The Submit Enhancement feature is a training tool that allows you to coach Hailee based on her own curated responses. Unlike Pipleline outreach messages (which follow prebuilt scripts), enhancements apply only to replies Hailee generates from her training content and knowledge of your business.
This is your way of telling Hailee: āYes, this is how I want you to respondā or āNo, adjust this tone or approach.ā Itās feedback that helps her refine her communication style over time.

Where Youāll See Submit Enhancement
Enhancements only appear on Haileeās direct replies (not on Pipeline-generated messages).
Youāll find the Submit Enhancement option next to Haileeās responses in the Inbox.
Think of this as your thumbs-up/thumbs-down tool for AI coaching.
How to Use Enhancements
Positive Feedback (Thumbs Up):
Select Good Response and add any optional notes.
Example: āThis is on brand ā supportive and encouraging.ā
Negative Feedback (Thumbs Down):
Select Needs Improvement and add guidance on how youād prefer it handled.
Example: āToo pushy. Should have offered class flexibility instead.ā
Remember: Enhancements are about teaching Hailee the style and approach you want, not correcting factual errors.
What Enhancements Are NOT
Not a Support Ticket:
If Hailee shares the wrong pricing, times, or factual details, that is usually coming from training content or POS data.
Incorrect information should be corrected in training content or submitted as a support ticket through the Help Center.
Not a Hard Script Editor:
Enhancements shape Haileeās tone, flow, and decision-making ā they donāt directly rewrite her replies.

Enhancements are one of the most powerful coaching tools in the platform. Over time, they help Hailee:
Stay on brand with your tone and communication style.
Improve consistency in replies.
Avoid repeating phrasing or responses you donāt like.
