📘 SalesRevv Training: AI Assistant Training Content – Conversation Scripts

Shape Hailee’s tone and flow with sample dialogues in Conversation Scripts.

Updated over a month ago

Introduction

The Conversation Scripts tab is an advanced training tool that lets you create sample conversations for Hailee to learn from. While optional, it’s one of the most powerful ways to help shape how Hailee sounds, how she flows through conversations, and how she handles common client responses.

Think of this as role-playing with AI: you write out both sides of a conversation (AI/staff and client) so Hailee can learn the back-and-forth structure you’d like her to follow.

Because these are more detailed than other training content, conversation scripts may take more time to create — but they can be especially valuable for trickier situations (e.g., missed sales, membership objections).

What You’ll See in the Conversation Scripts Tab

Each entry includes:

  • Name – Organizational label for the conversation (e.g., “Missed Sale Follow-Up”).

  • Description – Context to help Hailee understand when to use this script.

  • Conversation Flow – A breakdown of dialogue between AI (Assistant/Staff) and Client.

  • Expires Date – Optional expiration date (useful if the script is tied to a limited-time promo).

  • Active Toggle – Allows you to activate or deactivate scripts as needed.

Creating Conversation Scripts

  • Use the new conversation button to create a new entry.

  • In the editor:

    • Choose the role (Assistant/Staff or Client).

    • Write the script for that role.

    • Alternate roles to build a natural back-and-forth conversation.

  • Example:

    • Assistant: “Hey, I noticed you were interested in booking a class but haven’t finished scheduling yet. Can I help?”

    • Client: “I’m not sure if I’m ready for it right now.”

    • Assistant: “That’s completely okay, no pressure at all! Many of our classes are short and flexible — would you like me to share a few quick options?”

Important to Remember

  • Conversation scripts are training tools, not hard-coded templates.

  • Hailee won’t copy these word-for-word — she’ll learn the flow, tone, and approach you’ve laid out.

  • These are especially useful for:

    • Teaching objection handling in a more conversational style.

    • Showing how to balance encouragement with empathy.

    • Modeling how your team would naturally handle a conversation.

Why This Matters

By building conversation scripts, you give Hailee deeper insight into:

  • Tone and pacing — when to encourage, when to pause.

  • Conversation flow — how to keep clients engaged without sounding robotic.

  • Real-world objections — and how you’d prefer she responds.

This creates a more natural, human-like experience for your clients and ensures Hailee reflects your studio’s brand voice.

Pro Tip: Start with just one scenario (like Missed Sale) and build from there over time. Even a single well-written script can significantly improve Hailee’s ability to respond like your best salesperson.
