The Text tab is one of the most important parts of AI training. While all training content is optional, this section is highly recommended because it gives Hailee the knowledge she needs to accurately represent your business. The content you add here is what Hailee will use to:
Answer client questions
Support stack outreach messages
Provide replies in conversations
Reference details about your location, services, and promotions
Think of this section as the guidebook you would give a new sales associate. The more information Hailee has here, the better she can perform.
What You’ll See in the Text Tab
Each entry includes:
Name – Organizational label for the content (e.g., “Class Offerings” or “Promotions”).
Description – Helpful context Hailee uses when scanning and deciding how to use the content.
Content – The actual details Hailee will learn and use when speaking with clients.
Expires Date – Optional expiration date (ideal for time-sensitive content like promotions).
Active Toggle – Allows you to activate or deactivate content as needed.
Adding and Managing Text Content
Use the open button or double-click to edit an entry.
To create a new entry, use the new text option at the top.
Examples of content to include:
Promotions and sales (with expiration dates so Hailee stops using outdated offers)
Booking and scheduling instructions
Class or service descriptions
Support messaging (what to say when a client asks for help or raises an issue)

Everything you add here is tools and education for AI — not hard-coded scripts.

Pro Tip: Always include expiration dates for temporary promotions. If no end date is entered, Hailee will continue referencing the sale even after it has ended.
