Introduction
The FAQ tab is where you can teach Hailee how to handle common client questions. While similar to the Text tab, this section gives you a more structured way to organize information into Question → Answer format. Both tabs serve the same purpose — providing Hailee with tools and education — but FAQs help you easily track specific questions you know clients often ask.
What You’ll See in the FAQ Tab
Each entry includes:
Name – Organizational label for the FAQ (e.g., “Cancellation Policy”).
Description – Optional, but helpful for AI when scanning and organizing content.
Question – The client’s frequently asked question.
Answer – The detailed answer you’d like Hailee to know.
Expires Date – Optional expiration date (useful for FAQs tied to promotions or seasonal offerings).
Active Toggle – Allows you to activate or deactivate the FAQ as needed.
Adding and Managing FAQ Content
Use the open button or double-click to edit an entry.
To create a new entry, use the new FAQ option at the top.
When writing answers:
Provide a clear, detailed explanation.
You may also add a suggested script that Hailee can adapt.
Remember: Hailee won’t copy and paste your answer word-for-word. She uses this content to understand the information and generate her own responses.
Important to Remember
The Text and FAQ tabs are both training content — they differ mainly in how the information is organized.
FAQs are ideal for direct, repeatable client questions, while the Text tab is often broader (e.g., sales guidelines, scheduling rules).
Everything you add here is a tool for Hailee’s learning, not a strict template. The content builds her knowledge and helps shape suggested scripts in other areas of the system.
Why This Matters
By filling out the FAQ tab, you’re preparing Hailee to confidently answer the most common questions your clients will ask. This saves time for your team, provides faster support for clients, and ensures answers are accurate and consistent across all conversations.
Pro Tip: Keep FAQs short, clear, and client-friendly. Hailee will adapt the answer into natural language, so focus on making sure the key details are included.
