Introduction
The AI Assistant Training tab is where you set the foundation for Hailee’s personality and behavior. This is the “core training” that defines how she interacts with clients, the tone she uses, and the instructions she follows. While we preload Hailee with a recommended setup, you have the flexibility to customize these settings to match your studio’s brand and communication style.
What You’ll See in Core Training
Name (Required)
Every AI assistant must have a name. You can change it to match your brand, but it cannot be left blank.
Tone
Defines the style of communication Hailee uses with clients.
Example: “Positive, motivational, and encouraging — but not pushy.”
You can edit, add, or remove tone descriptors to reflect your studio’s voice.
Personality
Outlines how Hailee should come across in conversations.
Example: “Always client-focused, empathetic, and helpful.”
Supports consistency across all interactions.
Instructions
Provide specific guidance on how Hailee should respond in certain situations.
Example: “Offer class suggestions based on client needs.”
These instructions give AI context on how to prioritize and phrase outreach.
Reminder: Customization is Optional
Only the name is required.
Tone, personality, and instructions are optional fields — Hailee already comes preloaded with defaults designed to work well for most studios.
Use customization if you want Hailee to feel even more aligned with your brand, but don’t feel pressured to change anything if the defaults fit your needs.
Formatting Options
Each section includes formatting tools that make it easier to organize information.
These formatting settings are purely for your visual clarity — they don’t affect how Hailee communicates.
Why This Matters
The Core Training page is what shapes Hailee’s “personality.” Adjusting tone, personality, and instructions allows you to make her communication style fit seamlessly with your brand, while still benefiting from the underlying AI training we provide.
Pro Tip: Keep Hailee’s tone consistent with how your staff speaks to clients. The more natural and aligned her training is with your team, the smoother client conversations will feel.
