๐Ÿ“˜ SalesRevv Training: Tasking Section

Organize follow-ups, outreach, and reminders in SalesRevvโ€™s Tasking section.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Introduction

The Tasking section is one of the most important parts of the SalesRevv platform for your team. It organizes all follow-ups, outreach, and reminders created by stacks, AI, or staff members. While the AI Assistant tasks are mostly for reference, the Staff tasks section is where your team will actively work.

What the Tasking Section Does

  • Displays and organizes all staff tasks.

  • Shows AI Assistant tasks as reference for upcoming automations.

  • Provides filtering options by task type, priority, status, and due date.

  • Allows staff to log, complete, skip, or create new tasks.

Navigating the Tasking Section

  • Calendar View: Quickly see what days have active tasks.

  • Filters: Narrow by task type (e.g., SMS, phone call), priority, or creator.
    โ€‹

  • Status Tabs:

    • Status Tabs:Due โ†’ Tasks that are past due, currently due, or due for later that same day.

    • Future โ†’ Tasks scheduled later,

    • Completed โ†’ All completed tasks.

    • Skipped โ†’ Tasks skipped to prevent buildup and allow clients to keep moving through stacks.
      โ€‹

  • Spreadsheet View: Shows task details including purpose, client, status, priority, creator, and assignment.
    โ€‹

Completing & Logging Tasks

  • Click a task to open the client profile.

  • Review notes, messaging history, and context before executing.

  • Log the outcome (e.g., outgoing call, reached/not reached, result).

  • Save the log and mark the task as complete.

  • Templates may appear for tasks created by stacks to guide staff outreach.

Creating New Tasks

  • Use the New Task button to manually add tasks.

  • Assign due date/time, client, task type, priority, and notes.

  • New tasks will appear in the staffโ€™s active task list.
    โ€‹

Important Notes

  • Tasks in SalesRevv are not one-to-one with tasks in your POS or other CRMs.

  • Completing a task in SalesRevv does not mark it complete in another system.

  • Always log and complete tasks in SalesRevv so AI has accurate context for communication.

  • Skipped tasks are automatically managed to prevent backlogs and keep clients moving through stacks.

Why This Matters

The Tasking section ensures your team is always clear on what needs to be done, while also keeping Hailee updated on client interactions. Logging tasks and notes here keeps all client activity visible and supports AI-driven communication.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Pro Tip: Do all logging and task completion in SalesRevv โ€” it ensures Hailee has the most accurate, up-to-date context for each client.
