Messaging settings in SalesRevv allow you to manage the compliance text message that is automatically sent the first time a customer receives a message from the system and to enable logging options for phone calls and in-person interactions. These settings ensure compliance requirements are met while giving your team flexibility to track additional types of communication.

What Messaging Settings Do
Manage the compliance text message sent the first time a customer receives a message from the system.

Navigating Messaging Settings
Found under Settings β Messaging.
Phone Call Logging β Toggle on/off to allow staff to log phone calls in the inbox.
In-Person Interaction Logging β Toggle on/off to allow logging of face-to-face conversations.
Text Message Compliance:
Sent automatically the first time a customer receives a message from the system.
Sent only once per customer.
Required legal wording cannot be edited.
Your location name appears automatically.
You may add short custom text to personalize it.
Important Notes on Compliance Messaging
Default compliance message = 1 segment.
Adding extra text, emojis, or links may increase segment count.
A live preview shows how the message will appear as you edit it.
Always save changes after editing.
