Creating and Managing Templates
Access templates from your inbox or when building a campaign
Look for the template icon > Book with book mark icon
Create a new template by:
Giving it a name.
Writing the body text.
Adding emojis or variables (e.g., first name, last name, business name).
The system will show character count and segments so you know message length.
Reminder: emojis and links affect segment counts.
Manage templates by:
Editing existing templates (open, revise, and save changes).
Deleting templates you no longer need.
Searching by title if you have multiple templates.
