Introduction
Logging tasks happens directly within the Inbox. While most text message tasks are handled automatically by Hailee, your team is responsible for logging phone call tasks and in-person conversations. Recording these interactions ensures both your team and AI have complete context on every client.
How to Log Tasks
Open the client’s conversation in the Inbox.
Choose the type of interaction to log:
Add notes to provide context (e.g., “approached in studio, asked about membership” or “call answered, requested call back tomorrow”).
Save the log so it’s stored in the client’s history.

Filters in the Inbox
Use the filter tab to quickly view only certain types of communication.
Options include showing only texts, in-person logs, or call logs.
This makes it easy to review specific interactions without scrolling through the full conversation history.
