Introduction
The Client Profile gives you a complete view of an individual client. You can access it from almost any page in the system where a client’s name appears—such as the Clients tab, Tasks tab, or Inbox. Clicking on the client name opens their profile on the right-hand side for quick review.
What You’ll See in a Client Profile
Details & Status – At a glance, see client details, their status, associated client types, tags, stacks, and opt-ins/opt-outs.
Messaging History & Notes – Review the full message conversation and add new notes directly to the profile.
Stacks – View the stack history for that client, showing how they’ve moved through automations.
Tasks – See all tasks related to the client, including completed and active ones.
Billing – Displays invoice history synced from your POS (purchase dates, items bought). Credit card information is not shown.
Bookings – Shows all-time booking history synced from your POS.
Default Details – Prospect type, referral type, and membership type are also visible here, pulled from your POS.
Why This Matters
The Client Profile is the central hub for understanding a client’s journey—combining SalesRevv’s information (notes, stacks, tasks, conversations) with synced POS details (billing and bookings). This allows your team and AI assistant to always have context when communicating with or managing a client.
