Introduction
The Scheduling tab in SalesRevv provides a visual calendar view of upcoming classes. It gives your team an easy way to see what’s scheduled without switching back and forth between systems, while also serving as a reference for AI to understand your schedule.
What the Scheduling Tab Does
Displays all classes pulled directly from your POS system via API.
Lets staff view schedules by previous week or next week.
Acts as a visual reference tool for your team.
Provides AI with your schedule and class types to use for scheduling conversations.
Does not allow direct booking — it is a view-only tool for now.
Pro Tips
Use the Scheduling tab to quickly confirm upcoming classes without logging into your POS.
Remind staff this tab is for viewing only — bookings must still be done through the POS.
Know that AI relies on this tab to reference accurate schedules when interacting with clients.
