📘 SalesRevv Training: Sales Packages Tab

Learn how to manage Sales Packages in SalesRevv, including activating packages and memberships, setting first-timer options, adding purchase links, and providing AI instructions.

Introduction

The Sales Packages section gives your AI Assistant the information it needs to understand the packages and memberships your business offers. Because this section is fully integrated with your POS system, every package and membership is automatically imported into SalesRevv. From there, you decide which ones the AI Assistant should recognize and offer to clients.

Understanding Sales Packages

Across the top of the page, packages are organized into three categories:

  • First Timers

  • Non-First Timers

  • Inactive

You can also use the filter at the top of the page to quickly locate a specific package or membership.

Activating Packages

When your location is first connected, all packages and memberships will appear as Inactive.

Before the AI Assistant can discuss or offer a package, you'll need to activate it within SalesRevv.

To activate a package:

  1. Open the Inactive tab.

  2. Select the package or membership.

  3. Toggle Active on.

  4. Save your changes.

The package will then move into the appropriate section and become available for the AI Assistant.

This process is also important whenever you create a new package or promotion in your POS system. While new packages sync automatically into SalesRevv, they must still be activated before the AI Assistant can use them.

First Timer vs. Non-First Timer

Each package can be designated as:

  • First Timer

  • Non-First Timer

  • Both

These settings help the AI Assistant understand which offers should be presented based on where the client is in their journey.

For example:

  • Intro offers may only be available to first-time visitors.

  • Memberships may only be appropriate for returning clients.

  • Some packages may be appropriate for both.

Purchase Behavior

Each package includes settings that determine how the AI Assistant handles purchase conversations.

Depending on your configuration, the AI Assistant can:

  • Notify a staff member that someone is ready to purchase.

  • Create a staff task for follow-up.

  • Send a purchase link (when configured).

Purchase Links

Each package includes an optional Purchase Link field.

We highly recommend adding purchase links whenever available, allowing the AI Assistant to quickly direct interested clients to complete their purchase.

AI Instructions

Every package also includes optional AI Instructions.

These instructions allow you to provide additional context for how the AI Assistant should present or discuss that specific package.

Examples include:

  • Promotion details

  • Promo codes

  • Special restrictions

  • Sales guidance

  • Important talking points

Like the rest of AI HQ, these instructions are optional, but they help the AI Assistant provide more accurate and customized conversations.

Keeping Packages Updated

Whenever your business adds, removes, or changes pricing, promotions, or memberships in your POS system, be sure to review the Sales Packages section.

This ensures:

  • Active packages remain current.

  • Expired promotions are deactivated.

  • New offers are available to the AI Assistant.

  • Clients only receive information about packages that are currently being offered.

Pro Tip

Remember that syncing a package from your POS system does not automatically make it available to the AI Assistant. New packages and promotions should always be reviewed and activated within Sales Packages before they can be discussed or offered to clients.
