Introduction
The Notes feature in the Client Profile allows your team to keep detailed records on each client. All notes logged in SalesRevv are pushed back into your POS, but notes created in your POS do not sync into SalesRevv. For that reason, we recommend keeping all note-taking within SalesRevv to ensure your team and AI assistant always have full visibility.

How to Log Notes
Open any Client Profile and navigate to the Notes section at the top.
Enter your note in the text field.
Decide whether the note should be visible to AI or for internal use only.
β Visible to AI: Helpful for Hailee to reference in future conversations.
β Not Visible to AI: Keeps the note private for team-only context.
Save the note. You can edit or delete it at any time.

Pinned Notes
Pinning a note keeps it at the top of the Notes section for easy access.
Use pinned notes for critical client details (e.g., preferences, restrictions, or key history).
You can unpin at any time when the note is no longer relevant.
