Introduction

The Sales tab in SalesRevv helps ensure your AI assistant (Hailee) and your sales team always have the right information about active packages and memberships at your location. This tab pulls all pricing options directly from your POS and lets you manage which options are active, inactive, or tied to promotions.


What the Sales Tab Does

  • Pulls packages and memberships directly from your POS via API.

  • Shows active options in green for visibility.

  • Lets you toggle pricing options as active or inactive.

  • Allows you to mark whether an option is a trial or first-time offer.

  • Provides a space to add AI notes to help Hailee communicate promotions or offers correctly.


Managing Packages and Memberships

  • Confirm that the packages and memberships you want AI to recognize are set to active (green).

  • Inactive options still sync from your POS, but Hailee will not use them.
    โ€‹

  • Add notes for AI if youโ€™re running promotions or special offers.

    • Example: โ€œFall promo: 20% off this month.โ€

    • Remember to remove notes when the promotion ends โ€” Hailee will keep using any details left in place.

  • If Hailee is providing incorrect pricing information, check this tab first to confirm the correct options are marked active.

  • Pricing names, timeframes, and costs cannot be edited here โ€” they must be corrected in your POS system.


Pro Tips

  • Regularly review the Sales tab to make sure Hailee is working with the most accurate and up-to-date packages.

  • Always toggle trial or first-time offers correctly so Hailee understands the difference.

  • Use notes to give Hailee more context, but clear them once promotions end.

  • If Hailee mentions the wrong price, double-check whether the wrong option is active here before making POS updates.
