Easily Manage Client Information

Efficiently manage all client details by searching, filtering, and updating information. View comprehensive client profiles to stay organized and informed, ensuring smooth interactions across messaging, bookings, purchases, and more.

Client Information

Each client’s profile includes the following key details:

  • Client Name: Displays the full name of the client.

  • Mobile Phone: Shows the client’s phone number.

  • Email: Provides the client’s email address.

  • Birth Date: Displays the client’s date of birth.

  • Prospect Type: Indicates the prospect type when the client was first added to the system (e.g., "Cooled Off," "Out of Town Guest").

  • Referral Type: Shows how the client was referred to the business (e.g., "Website-Account Creation," "Studio Microsite").

  • Created: Displays the date the client record was created in the system.


Client Profile

When you click on a client’s name, a sidebar will appear with all relevant information. You can update these details directly within your CRM portal.

Client Profile Details:

  • Messaging History: View all past messages exchanged with the client.

  • Booking History: Access details of the client’s previous bookings.

  • Purchasing History: Review the client’s purchase activity and history.

  • Class Attendance: Check the client’s attendance record for classes.

  • Stack History: See the client’s journey through different sales or outreach stacks.

  • Notes: View, create, and delete client notes. You can also specify whether a note is visible to the AI assistant. If visible, the AI will use this information to assist in communication with the client.

Access and Update Contact Information:

  • View or modify contact details such as name, phone number, email, address, etc.

  • Review membership status, purchase history, and any associated notes or tags.

Control Communication Channels:

  • Email: Toggle to allow or block email messages from being sent to the client.

  • SMS: Toggle to allow or block SMS messages from being sent to the client.

  • Phone Call: Toggle to allow or block phone calls to the client.

  • Message Reply: Toggle to allow or prevent the AI assistant from automatically responding to messages from this client.


Client Management

The AI Assistant will handle all communication with clients, whether they are members or prospects. The AI will automatically respond to all client interactions unless it needs assistance from a staff member. If the AI requires help, it will create a staff task to involve the appropriate team member.


Filtering and Sorting

Use the search bar and filters to efficiently manage and locate client information:

  • Search Bar: Quickly search for specific clients by name.

  • Filters: Filter clients by various criteria such as:

    • Client type

    • Prospect type

    • Referral type

    • Membership type

These tools help streamline the process of finding and managing client details, making it easier to stay organized.
