How to Set Your Preferences:
To adjust your notification settings, simply go to the notification preferences section of your system settings. Choose your preferred notification type (Pop-up, Chime, or Email) for both New Task and High-Priority Task notifications. You can select one or multiple options based on your needs.
By customizing these settings, you ensure that you're always aware of important tasks and can act on them promptly. By default, these values are enabled.
1. New Task Notifications
New Task Notifications inform you whenever a new task is added to the system. You can choose from the following alert options to ensure you're always up to date.
2. High-Priority Task Notifications
High-Priority Task Notifications are designed to ensure you never miss urgent tasks. You can customize how you want to be alerted when time-sensitive tasks arise.
Pop-up Notification: A pop-up will appear on your screen, notifying you of the high-priority task immediately.
Chime Sound: A chime will play, ensuring you’re instantly aware of the urgent task.
Email: An email will be sent to you with the details of the high-priority task, allowing you to respond promptly.
Notification button: All your notifications will appear in this section, categorized as either personal or location-based, depending on the locations you have access to.
Tips:
Please note that these notification settings are configured on a per-location basis, meaning each location within your system can have its distinct notification preferences. Additionally, these settings must be configured separately for each user account at the location level. This allows for personalized notifications based on the role or preference of each user.
Make sure to review and adjust the settings for each location and user to ensure that notifications are tailored to meet the specific needs of your team.
