AI Abilities is a newly launched feature that grants owners full control and customization over how the AI Assistant handles execution requests—whether these come from predefined stacks or directly from client communication.
This is one of the most powerful updates in the SalesRevv platform, shifting execution control from standard defaults to owner-defined preferences.
Core Functionality
Within the AI Abilities tab, owners can enable or disable specific AI execution capabilities and set how AI should respond in each case. Options include:
Reply without creating a staff task
AI executes the request and replies to the client. No staff task is created.
Create a staff task and reply
AI executes the request, replies to the client, and creates a staff task for visibility.
Create a staff task, but don’t reply
AI does not execute the request. It creates a staff task to bring attention to the request.
Additional Callouts
Only owner logins can view and edit this setting.
This is an optional feature. No action is required—each execution option is pre-configured with default SalesRevv settings.
If any AI execution is disabled, we strongly recommend attaching a staff task to ensure visibility.
We also recommend creating a staff task for any failed execution attempts.
Adding a custom message is supported but optional.
Execution settings apply universally across all client types (e.g., lead, intro booking, member, package holder, etc.).
The purpose of this feature is to give AI explicit directions for handling basic execution requirements, in line with your brand’s standards.
