Introduction
Settings is where you manage your own account, your location's details, your team, and how SalesRevv sends messages and handles calls for your studio. Some settings only affect you, like your notifications, while others apply to your whole location.
You'll find Settings in the bottom-left corner of the platform. A few quick account options are also available at the top of the screen.
Important: What you see in Settings depends on your role and permissions. Some team members may see more sections or options than others.
Profile
Update your basic profile information, including:
Profile picture
Name
Bio
Sign-In & Security
Manage how you log in to SalesRevv. From here you can:
Change the email address you sign in with
Update your password
Connect your Google account
Notifications
Notification settings are personal. Any changes you make here only apply to you. They don't change notifications for the business or for anyone else on your team.
Choose which alerts you want to receive:
New Tasks: Get notified when a new task is created.
High-Priority Tasks: Get notified about tasks marked as high priority.
Then choose how you want to be notified:
Pop-Up: A small alert in the bottom-right corner of your screen while you're working in SalesRevv.
Chime: An audio alert.
Email: A notification sent to your email address.
Inbound Calls (VoIP)
If your location has VoIP turned on, you can also choose whether inbound phone calls come through to you on the web app or on the mobile app.

Invites
Invites shows any invitations that have been sent to you. To invite someone else to your location, use Team (below).
Location Information
This section holds the details for your location, meaning your individual studio, not your brand. It includes your:
Location name
Phone number
Email
Website
Address
Time zone
Your AI Assistant uses this information when clients ask for your business details, so keep it current.
Using Variables
Your location name can use variables that are used throughout the system. If the business variable is used in your location name, it automatically fills in your brand name and then adds your location name after it.
Company Information
Company Information can't be edited from your account because it's used for compliance. If anything here needs to be updated, reach out to the SalesRevv team directly.
Team
Add team members and invite them to join your location in SalesRevv.
Pro Tip: Invites and Team work in opposite directions. Invites shows invitations sent to you. Team is where you invite other people.
Billing
Billing shows your usage and plan details, including:
How many SMS segments you've used
How many segments you're on track to use
Your current plan
When your usage resets
Pro Tip: Check Billing regularly so you know where you stand on segments before your usage resets, especially before sending a large campaign.

Connect your location's business email address so SalesRevv can send emails from it. This applies to both email campaigns and AI emails.
Important: Connecting your email does not sync your email inbox into SalesRevv. It only allows SalesRevv to send emails from that address.
SMS
The SMS section includes Activity Logging, which lets staff record client interactions that happen outside of text messages:
Phone Call Logging: Log phone conversations with clients.
In-Person Interaction Logging: Log face-to-face conversations with clients.
These settings apply to your Inbox, so your team can keep a complete record of how each client has been contacted.
Voice
Voice is where you manage your VoIP settings, including adding devices and adding phone numbers. Each of these has its own step-by-step training.

Compliance

Audit Log
If you're an admin, the Audit Log shows a record of changes made in your system, including changes to pipelines, workflows and other settings.
If something looks off, or you want to know who changed what and when, the Audit Log is the place to check.
