Introduction
This training provides an overview of the SalesRevv platform layout and how to navigate between your locations, daily workspace, marketing tools, and AI HQ. Whether you're managing one location or multiple locations, understanding the platform's organization will help you quickly access the tools you need.
Location & Group Selection
When you first log in to SalesRevv, you'll see the locations and brands associated with your account.
From this screen, you can:
Switch between Grid View and List View.
Adjust your display settings and export information.
Select an individual location to enter its workspace.
Access a Group Level View if you manage multiple locations.
The Group Level View allows multi-unit operators to view their connected locations and access group-level tools. You can also navigate directly into individual locations from this view.
Navigating Your Location's Home Screen
Once you select a location, you'll enter its Home screen.
Across the top, you'll find:
Working As: Select the staff member currently using the platform to track their activity. Covered in a separate training: 📘 SalesRevv Training: Working as a Staff Member.
Phone: Access phone features if your location uses SalesRevv VoIP.
Notifications: View platform notifications.
Location Selector: Navigate between locations you have access to.
Profile: Access your account and profile information.
The left-hand navigation menu can also be adjusted or resized based on your preferred view.
Understanding the Main Menu
The platform is organized into three main sections.
Workspace
Workspace is where you and your team will spend most of your time managing daily activity.
This includes your Inbox, Tasks, Clients, Opportunities, Analytics, and other day-to-day tools.
The Inbox and Tasks sections will typically be the most frequently used areas for staff.
Marketing
Marketing contains the tools you need to create and manage outbound communication.
This includes Campaigns, Templates, Forms, and other marketing-related features.
AI HQ
AI HQ is where you manage, train, and customize your AI Assistant.
This section is organized around two main areas:
What AI Does: The workflows, outreach, and actions your AI Assistant executes.
What AI Knows: The training, business information, and settings your AI Assistant uses to communicate accurately.
AI HQ gives you the ability to customize how your AI Assistant supports your business.
Settings & Help Center
At the bottom of the left-hand menu, you'll find two additional sections.
Settings: Manage your business settings, team members, communications, notifications, and other platform configurations. Learn more: 📘 SalesRevv Training: Settings Overview.
