📘 SalesRevv Training: Linking Your Business Email

Learn how to connect and verify your business email address in SalesRevv so AI emails and email campaigns can be sent from your business address.

Introduction

Linking your business email allows emails sent through SalesRevv to come directly from your business email address. This includes both AI-generated emails and email campaign marketing.

How to Link Your Business Email

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Under Business, select Email.

  3. In the top-right corner, click Add Sender Email Address.

  4. Enter the business email address you would like to connect.

  5. Click Send Verification Link.

  6. Check the inbox for that email address for the verification email.

  7. Follow the instructions in the email to approve and verify the address.

Once verification is complete, the email address will be activated within SalesRevv and available as your sender email.

What Happens Once Your Email Is Linked

After your business email is verified, emails sent through SalesRevv will come from your connected business address, including:

  • AI-generated emails

  • Email campaign marketing

This helps ensure your email communication is coming from a recognizable business email rather than a generic sender.

Note: You must have access to the email address being connected in order to receive and complete the verification.
