📘 SalesRevv Training: Activating and Deactivating Pipelines

Pipelines control AI outreach flow, with key settings in the “Danger Zone.”

Updated yesterday

Introduction

Pipelines are the foundation of the AI Assistant’s outreach, so activating or deactivating them directly impacts how communication flows to leads and members. Because of their importance, all Pipeline settings are housed in the “Danger Zone” area to highlight that these actions can significantly change AI’s behavior.

Active vs. Disabled Pipelines

  • Active Pipelines appear at the top of the page.

    • They will be marked as Active and shown in green.

    • These are the outreach workflows currently running in your platform.

  • Disabled Pipelines are listed at the bottom.

    • They will be marked as Inactive and shown in red.

    • These are available sequences that you can enable at any time but are not currently running.

Activating a Pipeline

  1. Scroll to the Disabled Pipelines section.

  2. Select the Pipeline you want to enable (e.g., Lost Sheep).

  3. Open the Settings tab.

  4. In the Danger Zone, click Activate.

  5. Confirm your choice.

  6. The Pipeline will move to the Active section and AI will begin using it.

Deactivating a Pipeline

  1. Go into the Settings of an Active Pipeline.

  2. Under the Danger Zone, choose Deactivate.

  3. Confirm your choice.

  4. The Pipeline will stop generating communication and move to the Disabled list.

Pro Tip: Only activate the Pipelines that align with your business goals. Keeping unnecessary Pipelines disabled reduces clutter and ensures AI is focused on the right outreach.
