Introduction

The Dashboard tab is the first screen you see when logging into SalesRevv. It provides a clear overview of your sales activity, tasking, and lead progress, making it easy to monitor performance at a glance.

What the Dashboard Does

  • Displays key metrics like prospects, class utilization, funnel stats, and lead qualification.

  • Allows you to customize the date range for the data you want to see.

  • Breaks down activity across tasks, messages, prospects, and members.

  • Visualizes your pipeline with a true sales funnel view.

Navigating the Dashboard

  • Date Range Selector (top right): adjust what time period you want to analyze (e.g., this month, last 3 days).

  • Overview Section (top center): see quick stats on prospects, utilization, funnel numbers, and more.

  • Tabs across the top:

    • Tasks & Messaging β†’ activity breakdown.

    • Prospects β†’ insights on leads, including qualified vs. non-qualified.

    • Members β†’ breakdown of current members.

  • Tasking Breakdown (lower section):

    • Double-click to drill down by day.

    • Tasks are color-coded:

      • 🟒 Text messages

      • 🟠 Emails

      • πŸ”΄ Phone calls

      • βšͺ Skipped tasks

  • Funnel & Ribbon Chart

    • Ribbon View: An advanced visualization that goes beyond a simple funnel.

    • Shows how prospects move through stages like booked, canceled, no-show, attended, purchased, or Missed Sale.

    • Percentages represent outcomes for leads that entered within the selected timeframe (true 30-day model).

  • Use the qualified vs. non-qualified breakdown to focus on high-value leads.
