Introduction
Welcome to SalesRevv! This training provides a high-level overview of the platform and how it's organized. Understanding where everything is located will help you navigate more confidently and know where to go for your day-to-day work, marketing efforts, AI management, and support.
Home Page
When you log in to SalesRevv, you'll always land on the Home page.
This page is designed to give you a quick snapshot of how SalesRevv and your AI Assistant are helping your business grow. Like many reporting pages throughout the platform, you can customize the reporting period using the date filter in the upper-right corner.
Top Navigation
Across the top of the platform, you'll find several helpful tools:
Working As – Select the staff member currently using the platform for accurate staff reporting. (See the Working As training for more information.)
Notifications – View personal and location notifications from the notification bell.
Location Selector – Multi-location users can quickly switch between locations.
Profile Menu – Access your profile, account settings, and additional platform options.

The platform is organized into three primary sections:
Workspace
This is where your team will spend most of their day.
Workspace includes tools such as:
Home
Analytics
Opportunities
Inbox
Tasks
Clients
These are the areas you'll use to manage leads, communicate with clients, complete tasks, and monitor performance.
Marketing
The Marketing section contains tools used to communicate with larger groups of clients and build marketing assets.
This includes:
Campaigns
Templates
Forms
Everything related to marketing communication is managed here.
AI HQ
AI HQ is where you manage and train your AI Assistant.
This section allows you to customize how your AI Assistant works by managing items such as:
Playground
AI Assistant settings and training
Sales Packages
Pipelines
Tags
Client Types
Scheduling
Think of AI HQ as the central location for teaching, configuring, and customizing your AI Assistant to match your business.
Settings
At the bottom of the navigation menu, you'll find Settings, where you can manage items such as:
Notifications
Team members
Billing
Email settings
Additional platform preferences
Help Center
The Help Center is always available in the lower-left corner of the platform.
Here you can:
Search help articles
Watch training videos
Browse step-by-step guides
Send a message to the SalesRevv Support team if you need additional assistance
Navigation Options
If you'd like more workspace, you can collapse the left navigation menu into an icon-only view, allowing for additional screen space while still keeping every section easily accessible.
Pro Tip
If you're ever unsure where to find a feature, start by thinking about its purpose:
Workspace = Daily operations and client management.
Marketing = Campaigns and communication.
AI HQ = AI training, customization, and automation.
Settings = Platform and user configuration.
