Stay on top of tasks with customizable SalesRevv notifications via pop-ups, sounds, or emails.

Introduction

Notifications in SalesRevv help you stay on top of new tasks and priorities. Each user can customize how they receive alerts — whether through pop-ups, sounds, or emails — to match their workflow and environment.


What Notifications Do

  • Alert you to new tasks and high-priority tasks.

  • Ensure you never miss important updates in your workflow.

  • Can be customized per user (not location).


Managing Notification Settings

  • Go to Settings → Notifications.

  • Choose how you’d like to be notified:

    • Pop-up → a small alert in the corner of your screen (visible when logged in).

    • Chime → an audible beep when a new task occurs.

    • Email → an email notification sent to the logged-in user’s inbox.

  • Adjust settings per role: e.g., an owner may want email alerts, but a GM may not.


Notification Bell

  • Found at the top right of the platform.

  • Shows your personal notifications vs location notifications.

  • Options inside the bell:

    • Three dots menu → mark all as read or adjust settings.

    • View all → opens a detailed notification screen.

    • Scroll by date to review past notifications.

    • Click a notification to open the related task.


Pro Tips

  • Use pop-ups for quick in-platform visibility.

  • Be cautious with chime notifications — if connected to overhead speakers, they may disrupt your studio.

  • Email notifications are best for owners or managers who aren’t always logged in.

  • Remember: notifications are user-specific, so customize them to fit your role.
