📘 SalesRevv Training: Pipeline Overview

Learn what pipelines are, how they differ from workflows, how to read the Pipelines page, and how to review a pipeline's steps, conditions, clients and conversion results.

Introduction

A pipeline is the journey you want a client to go on. Each pipeline reaches out to clients consistently over a period of time until a goal is reached, like booking their first class or purchasing a membership.

Pipelines are different from Workflows. A pipeline moves a client through an outreach journey, while Workflows create tasks for your staff.

You'll find Pipelines under AI HQ > Pipelines.

Navigating the Pipelines Page

The Pipelines page gives you a view of every pipeline available to your location and the journey each one follows.

  • Categories: Use the categories on the left-hand side to narrow down to the pipelines you want to see.

  • Controls & Quick Notes: Available at the top of the page.

  • Pipeline Journey: As you scroll down, each pipeline shows the journey a client goes through.

Each pipeline also shows where it came from, such as your brand. See Where Pipelines Come From below.

Pipeline Journeys

Pipelines are built for moments when you want a client reached out to consistently until something happens. Common pipelines include Unscheduled Leads, Members, New Members and Canceled Bookings.

Unscheduled Lead

The goal is to get a new lead to book. Outreach starts on day one and continues on day two, day three and so on until they book their first class.

Missed Sale

A client came in for a class but didn't buy anything. Outreach starts the next day, and the journey can change as it goes. For example:

  1. Start by offering a membership discount to encourage a membership purchase.

  2. Then invite them back in for a second session.

  3. Later, offer a discounted package.

Pro Tip: You control how a journey changes over time, so each step can move the client toward the next best offer.

Where Pipelines Come From

Each pipeline shows where it came from, so you know what you can change.

  • Brand Pipelines: Created by your brand and shared down to your location. Your brand's name shows on the pipeline.

  • Generic Pipelines: Standard pipelines available for your location to turn on.

  • Your Own Pipelines: Pipelines your location has created.

Important: You can make certain edits to brand pipelines, but not all. If you want to add steps or make bigger changes, you may need to create a new pipeline.

Active, Not Active & Archived

Pipelines are grouped by status, with active pipelines listed first.

  • Active: Pipelines that are turned on.

  • Not Active: Pipelines that are turned off, listed at the bottom. These can include brand or generic pipelines you didn't turn on, or pipelines you created and later deactivated.

  • Archived: Pipelines you've archived.

Duplicating & Cloning

Each pipeline has a button to duplicate or clone it. Cloning may not be available to you, depending on your access to other brands and locations.

Inside a Pipeline

Click into any pipeline to see how it's built and how it's performing.

  • Steps: The outreach steps that make up the journey.

  • Settings: The pipeline's settings, covered in the Pipeline Settings training.

  • Clients: Any clients currently in the pipeline.

  • Conditions: The qualifications a client has to meet to enter the pipeline.

  • Results: How many clients are active in the pipeline, how many have completed it, and the conversion percentage.

Pro Tip: Check Conditions first if a pipeline has no clients in it. They tell you exactly who qualifies to enter.
