📘 SalesRevv Training: Clients Tab

Access, filter, and manage client records in SalesRevv’s centralized Clients tab.

Introduction

The Clients tab in SalesRevv is your main hub for accessing and filtering client records. It pulls information from both your POS system and SalesRevv, giving you a centralized place to view client details, search, and open individual profiles.


What the Clients Tab Does

  • Displays a full list of clients with details like:

    • Name, phone number, email, birthday

    • Prospect type and referral type

    • Tags and creation date

  • Provides filters that combine data from your POS system and SalesRevv (e.g., Pipelines).

  • Allows you to search for specific clients and curate lists.

  • Lets you click on a client’s name to open their full profile.


Navigating the Clients Tab

  • Filters (left-hand side): same filtering options you see in other areas, pulling from both POS and SalesRevv data.

  • Scrolling view: depending on your screen, you may need to scroll horizontally to see all client details.

  • Icons: quick visual alerts (e.g., invalid phone numbers).

  • Client profile access: click on any client name to open their profile (see Client Profile training for details).

  • Search bar: quickly locate specific clients or build lists.


Pro Tips

  • Use filters to segment clients based on POS data (like membership type) or SalesRevv data (like Pipelines or tags).

  • Search and filtering together can help you quickly create targeted client lists.

  • Pay attention to icons for quick data validation (e.g., missing or invalid contact info).
