Introduction
The Opportunities Board provides a visual overview of clients within your active Pipelines and allows you to organize additional opportunities using custom Client Lists.
While Pipelines automatically manage outreach and tasking, the Opportunities Board gives your team another way to view, organize, and act on opportunities within your business.
You'll find it under Workspace > Opportunities.
Understanding Your Opportunities Board
By default, the Opportunities Board displays clients currently associated with your active Pipelines.
Each Pipeline is organized into its own section, allowing you to quickly see who is in each Pipeline and where they are in the process.
Within each opportunity, you can view information such as:
Client name
Current Pipeline
Number of days the client has been in the system
Upcoming or overdue tasks
AI-related task activity
You can also click any client's name to open their profile and review additional information.
Do You Need to Take Action From the Opportunities Board?
If your Opportunities Board is only displaying active Pipelines, there is typically no additional manual action required directly from the board.
This is because Pipelines already create the associated outreach and tasks needed to move those opportunities forward. In this case, the Opportunities Board primarily serves as a visual reference for understanding where clients are in your sales process.
Customizing Your Opportunities Board
To adjust how your board is organized, click Customize Board (top right corner).
From here, you can:
Reorder opportunities: Move Pipeline sections up or down to prioritize what you want to see first.
Adjust visibility: Toggle sections on or off to control which opportunities appear on your board.
Add Client Lists: Display additional groups of clients that are not necessarily associated with a Pipeline.
These customizations allow you to organize the board around your team's daily priorities.
Adding Opportunities Using Client Lists
One of the most useful ways to expand your Opportunities Board is by adding custom Client Lists.
Client Lists allow you to create groups of clients based on specific criteria. Once a list has been created, you can choose to display it on your Opportunities Board.
To add a Client List:
Click Customize Board.
Scroll to the available Client Lists.
Toggle on the list you want to display.
Adjust its position on the board if needed.
Save your changes.
Your selected Client List will now appear as an additional section on the Opportunities Board.
Example: Creating a Birthday Opportunity List
Let's say your team wants to recognize clients who have birthdays coming up.
You could create a Client List called Birthdays This Month and add it to your Opportunities Board. Once enabled, you'll have a dedicated section showing clients with birthdays during the current month.
Your team could then create a standard operating procedure (SOP) around this opportunity, such as reaching out personally or offering a birthday promotion.
This same approach can be used for other client groups and opportunities your team wants to manage outside of automated Pipelines.
Pro Tip: Use the Opportunities Board as more than a Pipeline overview. By adding Client Lists, you can create additional opportunities for your team to act on as part of their daily workflow.
