Introduction
Stacks are the foundation of the AI Assistant’s outreach, so activating or deactivating them directly impacts how communication flows to leads and members. Because of their importance, all Stack settings are housed in the “Danger Zone” area to highlight that these actions can significantly change AI’s behavior.
Active vs. Disabled Stacks
Active Stacks appear at the top of the page.
They will be marked as Active and shown in green.
These are the outreach workflows currently running in your platform.
Disabled Stacks are listed at the bottom.
They will be marked as Inactive and shown in red.
These are available sequences that you can enable at any time but are not currently running.
Activating a Stack
Scroll to the Disabled Stacks section.
Select the Stack you want to enable (e.g., Lost Sheep).
Open the Settings tab.
In the Danger Zone, click Activate.
Confirm your choice.
The Stack will move to the Active section and AI will begin using it.
Deactivating a Stack
Go into the Settings of an Active Stack.
Under the Danger Zone, choose Deactivate.
Confirm your choice.
The Stack will stop generating communication and move to the Disabled list.
Pro Tip: Only activate the Stacks that align with your business goals. Keeping unnecessary Stacks disabled reduces clutter and ensures AI is focused on the right outreach.
