Promo/Notes: Any relevant promotions or notes associated with the package.
Bookings: The number of active bookings for this package.
Memberships: (If applicable) Information about any associated memberships.
AI Context for Packages
Click on a package card to view its details, including the AI context information.
Context Field: Each package has a dedicated field for entering context information for the AI assistant, which can include:
Active: Activate or deactivate the package using this setting.
Trial/First Timer: The assistant prioritizes these packages when booking a client into a class.
Promo/Notes(Optional): A detailed description of the package, including benefits, restrictions, and other relevant information.
Important Note: Only "active" packages are considered by the AI assistant. You can enable or disable packages as needed, and the AI will automatically adjust its responses accordingly.
