Stack Management Overview
This page displays a list of prospects assigned to a stack based on predefined criteria. Each stack targets specific user groups, such as those who have scheduled a class or missed a sale. Stacks are designed to automate workflows, and their rules and objectives can vary depending on the stack configuration.

Stack Description
A brief description at the top of the page explains the criteria for prospects to be included in this stack.
Active Clients
A list of prospects currently assigned to the stack, such as the "Missed Sale TPV" stack, is displayed.
Client Information
For each client, the following information is visible:
Client Name: The name of the prospect.
Current Step: The current stage of the automated workflow within the stack.
State: The current status of the prospect within the workflow (e.g., "Active," "Paused").
Status: Indicates the overall status of the prospect (e.g., "Active," "Completed").
Added: The date when the prospect was added to the stack.
Actions: Buttons for interacting with the prospect, such as:
Pause: Temporarily halts the workflow for this prospect.
Stop: Removes the prospect from the stack.
Move: Moves the prospect to a different stage or stack.
Navigating the Page
View Client Details:
Click on a client’s name to access their full profile, which may include contact information, communication history, and purchase history.Manage Client Status:
Use the "Pause," "Stop," and "Move" buttons to adjust the client’s position within the workflow or remove them from the stack.View Task History:
The "Tasks" tab displays a list of automated tasks that have been performed for the client, such as email reminders or follow-up calls.Steps:
The "Steps" section shows the sequence of actions and messages that will be triggered for the client within the stack.
Settings
Stack Settings:
The "Settings" section lets you start/stop stack statistics and activate or disable specific stacks. Adjustments made here can affect the stack’s functionality, so use caution when making changes.
By managing your stacks effectively, you can automate workflows, track client progression, and streamline your sales and engagement processes.
