📘 SalesRevv Training: Understanding & Navigating the Clients Tab

Learn how to navigate the SalesRevv Clients tab, customize your client list view, use advanced filters, access saved Client Lists, and review individual client profiles.

Introduction

The Clients tab provides a centralized view of your clients and their information, fully integrated with your POS system. From here, you can view client details, customize how information is displayed, and use advanced filtering to find specific groups of clients.

Whether you're looking for new prospects, active members, or clients who meet specific criteria, the Clients tab gives you the flexibility to organize and access your client information.

Navigating the Clients Tab

Under Workspace > Clients, you'll see a list of clients synced from your POS system.

Across the top of the Clients tab, you'll find several options to customize your view:

  • All Clients: View your full client list or select a different group of clients from the dropdown.

  • View Settings: Choose which information and columns are displayed, such as Client Health Score.

  • Export: Export client information from your current view.

  • Sort: Organize clients based on available sorting options.

  • Compact & Comfortable View: Adjust how much information is displayed and the spacing between clients.

  • Filters: Narrow your client list based on specific criteria.

You can also move columns left or right and hide columns you don't need, allowing you to customize the view based on your priorities.

Using Filters to Find Specific Clients

The Clients tab includes extensive filtering options that allow you to narrow your client list based on information synced from your POS and SalesRevv.

When you click Filters, you'll see three main options.

Common Filters

Quickly filter clients using frequently selected criteria without having to build a custom filter.

Lists

Access previously created and saved Client Lists.

These lists allow you to quickly reference specific groups of clients without rebuilding the same filters each time.

For more information on creating and managing lists, reference the separate 📘 SalesRevv Training: Creating & Managing Client Lists.

Custom Filters

Custom Filters provide more detailed options for narrowing your client list.

Available filtering categories include:

  • Client Information: Client Types, birthdays, date added, membership start dates, Tags, and Pipelines.

  • Activity: Booking history, total booking count, and appointment or class types.

  • Purchases: Purchase history and purchase-related criteria.

  • Packages & Memberships: Package ownership, active packages, and membership-related information.

  • Communication: Client communication activity and related criteria.

You can combine multiple filters to create a highly specific group of clients.

Example: Combining Multiple Filters

Let's say you want to find prospects who have visited fewer than five times.

You could:

  1. Open Filters > Custom Filters.

  2. Select Total Booking Count and set it to less than 5.

  3. Add a Client Type filter and select Prospects.

  4. Continue adding filters if you want to narrow the group further.

For example, you could also filter based on whether those clients have an active first-time purchase package.

As you apply each filter, the client count updates to reflect how many people match your criteria.

You can also use options such as Any Of or None Of when selecting criteria, giving you additional control over who is included or excluded.

Viewing Individual Client Profiles

Just like other areas of SalesRevv, you can click directly on a client's name to open their full profile.

From there, you can review more detailed information about the client, including their activity, communication history, purchases, and other information available within SalesRevv.

Pro Tip: The Clients tab is a great starting point when you want to identify a specific group of clients. By combining filters, you can narrow your audience based on booking behavior, purchase history, client status, and more.
