How long is the onboarding process?
After finishing the onboarding questionnaire and forms, the process will take approximately 2-3 weeks following.How long will it take me to complete the questionnaire and forms?
The questionnaire takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
The additional form takes about 5 minutes to complete.
What will I need to complete the questionnaire?
You will need:Legal business information
Studio information
Current live packages and introductory offers
If porting an existing phone number, a copy of your phone bill (can be provided before the live date).
What is porting a number vs. sourcing a number?
Porting a number: We transfer your existing phone number from your current provider to our system.
Sourcing a number: We generate a new local number for you to use in our system.
What does the onboarding process look like after I fill out the questionnaire and forms?
Your CSM (Customer Success Manager) will guide you through the next steps:15-minute Q&A to confirm your tentative start/port date.
30-minute training session before your start/port date.
30-minute check-in call one week after your AI go-live date.

Will you provide any documentation for me to refer or share with my staff?
Yes, your CSM will provide a training document that you can share with your staff.

When will I be billed?
Your billing cycle begins on your launch day and recurs monthly on the same date.
